If you are one of the many that works in front of a computer all day then you may wish to consider incorporating a few simple upper body stretches that can rejuvenate, replenish and get you centered and balanced.
Below is a video demonstrating 3 simple upper body stretches that you can do at or near your desk or in the evening before going to bed. They won’t take up much of your time. The video is less than 5 minutes in length.
Most importantly, please remember to take some deep breathes while stretching. This will increase oxygen to the brain and muscles. This will provide clearer thinking and help calm and center the body while releasing toxins.
